Traits
Fancy Whiskers (Common)
The whiskers take on an even more elaborate shape, often times mimicking that of fish or dragons. They can be any length within reason, and this trait applies to whiskers on the muzzle and brows.
This trait is restricted to Longhaired types only.

Multicolor Mane (Common)
The mane comes in two or more colors rather than the usual one color. For gradients to apply they must be at least two distinctly different colors.
Note: Regardless of the colors used, the overall shade of the mane MUST be either lighter or darker than the base body. There MUST be clear distinction between mane and body.
This trait is restricted to MANED types only.
Can also manifest in a gradiented pattern
Tufted Mane (Rare)
The mane grows into a tuft on the head and tapers out before continuing as a thinner mane around the neck. While this is still considered a mane, it has less volume than a normal Maned Purrcerin would have.
The tuft and the neck ruff are not connected. They MUST be the same colors to read as a Tufted Mane.
Note: Regardless of the colors used, the overall shade of the mane MUST be either lighter or darker than the base body. There MUST be clear distinction between mane and body.

Material Mane (Special)
The mane is made from either organic or inorganic material such as leaves, fabric, cotton stuffing, flower petals, etc. With this trait, it can be made of almost anything other than fur.
Note: Regardless of material, the mane's colors MUST be either lighter or darker than the main body. There MUST be a clear distinction between mane and body.
Inappropriate use of this trait is prohibited. Materials used for this trait must be within reason.
Third Eye (Mutation)
A third eye manifests in the center of the Purrcerin's forehead. It cannot be placed anywhere else other than the forehead.
Horns (Mutation)
Horns of organic or inorganic material grow from the head of the Purrcerin. It can manifest as one set of horns OR multiple sets.
Puppet Body (Rare)
The Dou form, rather than take the biological form of a cat, is made of wood, fabric, and other similar materials to create a puppet-like body instead.
Capsule Chest (Special)
The Dou form has a hollow chest cavity with room to hold materials that relate to the overall design and form of the Purrcerin.
No organs are visible with this trait.
Nature Growth (Special)
Organic plant-life seems to grow on OR from the very Purrcerin's body. This includes mushrooms, flowers, leaves, moss, etc.
The plant growth can manifest as a decoration on the Zou OR can be depicted as a pattern painted onto the Zou.
Glittering Body (Common)
The Dou form has holographic markings, sparkles, or glitter particles that make the fur of the Purrcerin shine.
Glowing Body (Common)
The Dou form has markings or parts of the body that glow. This trait can affect the body, paw pads, eyes and bell of the Purrcerin. This can include glow-in-the-dark effects.
Metallic Markings (Uncommon)
The Dou form has markings or parts of the body that shine like metal. This trait can affect the body, inner ear, and paw pads, of the Purrcerin. This can include brass, copper, silver, and gold markings.
Chromatic Fire (Common)
The wisps may come in multiple colors, but all collectively still look identical to each other. All wisps share the same colors.
This trait is restricted to nekomata types only.
Multicolor Fire (Uncommon)
Rather than all share the same color, the wisps can differ from each other and come in different colors. They must be distinctly different colors to use this trait.
This trait is restricted to Nekomata types only.
Oddly-Shaped Wisps (Special)
The wisps take on a special, unique shape instead of the common fire mote. All wisps collectively share the same shape.
This trait is restricted to Nekomata types only.
Crystal Growth (Mutation)
Crystal Growth can take TWO different forms:
Crystals of almost any kind can form in small clusters across the body of the Purrcerin, OR crystals can grow over the skin in smooth plate-like patches. In both cases, crystals can ONLY cover up to 30% of the body.
Blight (Mutation)
A misty or fog-like miasma will eminate from the body of the Purrcerin. Those that are surrounded by this miasma are considered blighted. This blight can manifest if the Purrcerin itself is born from malicious intent. This trait can ONLY present in dark colors.
Blight can be present without a Broken Bell, but a Broken Bell cannot be present without Blight.
this trait is considered a curse.
Classic Tail (Common)
The classic is striped all the way down, consisting of two colors, no more no less.
Tri-Colored Tail (Uncommon)
Tails that consist of three colored stripes are not as common, but can be seen in quite a few purrcerin.
Ribbon Tail (Special)
The tail is made of a fabric - usually silk - instead of rope like the first two. It is unique in that it can be styled in many different ways, from braids to intricate bows, knots, twists, etc.
